I never give reviews but I had to this time. I just went to Westrock pools in Nanuet, and had the most wonderful experience. Just bought a hot tub for my family and the service they gave me was outstanding. After I purchased the spa, the salesman asked if I could wait one minute so he could introduce me to the owner. The owner came out of his office and thanked me for buying a hot tub from Westrock, and after speaking with him for over an hour he went and decided to give me a 500$ discount of store credit FOR FREE!! How nice it is to deal with a local company that not only cares about their products, but their customer service. I recommend Westrock in Nanuet to anyone looking for pools or spa hot tubs.

I have been with Westrock for the better half of 15 plus years ..they installed the most magnificent pool as well as hot tub...from soup to nuts they did everything for me and made the experience a pleasure.
